News from La Villa Madie

Thirteen years after taking over the house in the Anse du Corton, Dimitri Droisneau is publishing his first book. Titled La Villa Madie – La grande table de la Méditerranée, it will be released on 14 October 2026 by Éditions du Chêne.

From 25 to 27 September, Cassis will be transformed into an open-air culinary theatre. Villa Madie and chef Dimitri Droisneau will once again be taking part in this 14th edition, which has become an unmissable event.

The oldest appellation in Provence and one of the very first AOCs recognised in France, in 1936, the Cassis vineyard has clung to the land between the calanques and Cap Canaille for more than two thousand years, drawing from the limestone and the sea spray the saline minerality that is the signature of its wines.
